RESERVATIONS:

To book & confirm any program for groups or individually. The information below is required and must be sent to us via our reservation form, including the following information: Full name as it appears on your passport valid for the dates of the tour, address and telephone number, current email, nationality, date of birth, sex, flight dates and times of arrival in Peru and Cusco, any medical restrictions, or dietary, Special interests according to the required service.

PAYMENT METHOD:

So that, we can work reservations early we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the chosen programme at the booking time. The balance must be paid 01 day before the start of the program. All payments must be made to our bank account, or via the payment method agreed at the time of booking (Visa, PayPal, etc).

IMPORTANT:

Reservations must be made with due notice, for example, the Inca Trail 4 days/3 o  Inca Trail 3 days / 2 nights is in high demand during the year and should make your reservation as soon have our confirmation of availability of spaces.

ACCOMMODATION IN SINGLE ROOM:

Prices are based on double accommodation, but it can provide simple accommodation at an additional cost, for more information you have to write us to the email.

CANCELLATIONS:

According to our experience a certain percentage of reservations are canceled by the client before starting the program due to unforeseen circumstances. The penalties for cancellations of services depend on the date of cancellation according to the list below: (Note: At any time after confirming the purchase of admission to the Inca Trail, in the event of a cancellation charge the full cost of this entrance permit).
 

- 28 days to more before the date of commencement of services: 50% of deposit will not be returned.
 

- 16 - 07 days before the date of commencement of services: 80% of the deposit will not be returned.
 

- 05-06 days before the date of commencement of services: 100% of the deposit will not be returned.

A SPECIAL NOTE WITH REGARD TO CANCELLATIONS OF THE INCA TRAIL

BOOKINGS: 

The advance payments for the different treks which include the Inca Trail 4 days / 3 nights, Inca Trail 2 days / 1 night, Inca Trail 5 days / 4 nights, Salkantay and Inca Trail 7 days / 6 nights. The costs of these treks are non-returnable, and include entrance tickets to the Inca Trail, porters, chefs and train tickets. This is because the services are booked and paid for at the time the reservation, hence, the required deposit is not refundable.

DO NOT SUBMIT(no show): 

We will retain the full amount and we are not responsible for failure to submit the customer on account of delay or cancellation of your flight. The company is not liable for damage to or loss of luggage, accidents, unforeseen expenses, and unavoidable delays, services provided by third parties or direct causes beyond our control. In the unfortunate event of no show due to unforeseen reasons, the company will provide a certificate to the client for processing with your insurance company.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

 In the event that the customer leaves the tour for any cause or reason whatever extra expenses are the customer's responsibility and the company which is not liable for any refund.
