• We recommend carrying

  1. Carry original passport.
  2. Carry a sleeping bag (can be rented at the agency).
  3. Carry mountain boots and sandals (very important).
  4. Carry trekking poles (can be rented at the agency).
  5. Warm clothes: layers of variable temperatures, especially at night. Thermal / gloves / scarves: wool socks / wool hat for cold nights, shirts for the whole walk.
  6. Carry a headlight (very important).
  7. Carry a camera and spare batteries.
  8. Carry sunscreen / hat and sunglasses.
  9. Carry personal medical kit.
  10. Rain clothes: a good raincoat and rain pants and a plastic rain poncho.
  11. Carry toilet paper.
  12. Carry a small towel.
  13. Extra money for drinks and tips, souvenirs, etc (soles or dollars).
  14. Carry a bottle of water (1 liter recommended).
